flesh cowboy booking form

this form does not guarantee you have an appointment. emails will be sent out ≥7 days after books close and you will typically have 48-72 hours to book your appointment, or else your spot will be given to someone else.  i do not take on every piece, sometimes i just don't have the space or the flash piece you want may be unavailable.
